Commission type: The type of piece you are commissioning (headshot, fullbody sketch, etc.)

Character(s): Clear visual reference sheets only. All aspects of the character must be clearly visible with little to no shading or texturing to obscure details.

Details: Please add any details you want to see in the piece, such as an expression, pose, lighting position, etc. If no specific details are desired, please type "artistic choice".

By paying for my services, you are agreeing that you are legally able to make purchases through PayPal.

Payment will be made upfront through PayPal via invoice. I do not accept payment plans or partial payments at this time.

Payment will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless specified otherwise. PayPal will automatically convert any currency when a payment is made however be sure to check for up-to-date conversion rates of your currency.

A full refund will be given if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason or if a refund is requested before work on the piece has begun.

A refund will NOT be given after work has begun or been completed based on change-of-mind or for minor problems. Minor problems will be fixed without charge and may include simple colour, accessory and minor anatomical touch-ups.

A refund will be given for major problems, which may include: failing to deliver the piece on a specific and agreed upon date, drawing an incorrect character or the incorrect commission type (i.e a bust piece instead of full body).

After sending the commission form to me I will confirm if the details are appropriate and send the invoice for upfront payment before work begins.

A rough sketch will be sent for approval before I move on to completing it. At this stage any desired changes should be noted before approving as I will not make drastic changes afterwards (i.e expression or pose changes).

I will NOT draw a specific pose I am not comfortable with if it was not agreed upon in the commission form. (Example: Asking for a character to be sitting down in the form, but then asking me to draw a hand-stand after payment has been made.)

If requested, other progress shots of the piece can be sent but will be heavily cropped and watermarked.

Turnaround time can vary based on my current queue and the type of art being commissioned. An estimated time can be given upon request.

Artwork is DIGITAL ONLY. No physical copies will be printed or shipped. The full resolution image (watermarked and unwatermarked) will be sent digitally upon completion and should be ARCHIVED by the client.

Clients have permission to upload completed and watermarked pieces to their own art platforms (deviantart, furaffinity, etc.) with appropriate credit.

The unwatermarked version of a piece is for personal use only (avatars, banners, etc) and is not permitted to be uploaded online. This is to prevent art theft from 3rd parties.

Commercial use of a commissioned piece is not permitted unless agreed upon prior to any transactions.

It is the client’s responsibility to archive copies of a completed commission.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason (with a full refund given).I also reserve the right to deny service to a client displaying inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour.
